At Pride and Joy our mission is to provide quality childcare at a reasonable rate, in a safe and nurturing environment. Through interactive play and age appropriate learning activities the students will be challenged to learn without limits. Our aim is to assist in the development of self-esteem, individuality and a long life of learning. Pride and Joy Daycare and Learning Academy stands firmly on the foundation of unity; therefore, we encourage and support involvement of the family and community.

There are many influences on a child’s attitude and personality, but the most fundamental is his/her parent or caregivers. Many parents begin the job of parenting armed with enthusiasm and high hopes, yet they may not be ready for the tremendous demands that caring for a young child can impose. Pride and Joy is here to support you in your job as a parent and educate your little PRIDE AND JOY.

• Pride and Joy operational hours are 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Care begins at the age of 6 weeks old and continue through 12 years of age.
• Transportation will be provided to and from the elementary schools in the area and for scheduled field trips.
• We provide a nutritious breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack, which are prepared at the center and served daily.
• Secured entry, strict drop-off and pick-up policies, telephones in each classroom.
• Background checks on all employees along with certification in First Aid/CPR.
